(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.213 dated 27.04.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station S.G.M. Nagar, Faridabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have compromised the matter. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2018. Conclusion of trial may take a sufficient long time. No useful purpose would be served by detaining the petitioner in jail any more. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in view of compromise, respondent No.2-complainant has no objection to the grant of regular bail to the petitioner. He has produced affidavit of respondent No.2complainant. The same is taken on record.
