JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.57 dated 2.4.2019, under Sections 323, 452/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were falsely implicated in the present case. He has further submitted that although the petitioners were named in the FIR but the FIR is based on the concocted story and complaint made by the complainant is RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.12.18 16:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

On 28.8.2020, notice of motion was issued by this Court and in the meanwhile, the petitioners were granted protection subject to their joining investigation and complying with the provisions of Section 438
(2) Cr.P.C.
Today, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gursahib Singh, has stated that in the present case in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 28.8.2020, both the petitioners have joined investigation and have fully cooperated with the investigation process. He has further submitted that the petitioners are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of above statement made by the learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 28.8.2020, is hereby made absolute.
