HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) By this common order, 16 writ petitions are being disposed of, details of which have been given in the heading of the order, as these petitions involve the similar facts and same question of law.

Short reply by way of affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 today by learned State counsel and the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) very fairly states that similar claim, as raised by the petitioners in these writ petitions, was also raised by other Section Officers in CWP No.12807 of 2020 titled as Anil Kumar and another Vs. State of Haryana and others, on 01.09.2020 and a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while deciding the said CWP No.12807 of 2020 titled as Anil Kumar and another Vs. State of Haryana and others, dismissed the writ petition on 01.09.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the present writ petitions be also dismissed in the same terms so that the petitioner(s) can avail their remedy, if need so, before the Division Bench.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents raises no objection in respect of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) for dismissing the writ petitions in terms of the order passed by this Court in Anil Kumar's (supra).

In view of the above, present petitions are also dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.12807 of 2020 titled as Anil Kumar and another Vs. State of Haryana and others, on 01.09.2020. (HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI) September 22, 2020 JUDGE harsha/naresh.k Whether speaking/reasoned:
