(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction for transfer of investigation of FIR No. 209 dated 04.05.2014 under Sections 302 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal to an independent agency such as CBI, crime branch or special investigating team with further direction to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has filed the reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Karnal and the same be taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that as per reply the cancellation report was prepared on 06.12.2014 and the same has since been presented before the Magistrate. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file protest petition or take other appropriate recourse, in accordance with law. August 21, 2015 ( R.P.
