(Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 27.08.2013 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Rewari upholding the order dated 14.07.2011 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewari, vide which, he was directed to pay maintenance of `8,000/- per month and litigation expenses of `5,000/- to the respondentwife. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present revision petition and also to withdraw the `1,00,000/- lying with this Court, which has already been expired. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.

However, the Registry is directed to return the draft of `1,00,000/- to the petitioner.
