ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Upon realizing that the writ petition is bereft of necessary particulars, the learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one. It may be noted here that the petitioner claims to have been appointed as an ad-hoc jail warder on 11.04.1986, whereas, his services are stated to have been regularized in the year 1987. He has already retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. In these circumstances, the petitioner is required to explain the delay and laches in filing the writ petition while disclosing his status in the various seniority lists issued during his entire service career. Ordered accordingly.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
