R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to protect life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of respondents no. 4 to

8. Prayer is further made for issuance of direction to respondent no. 2 to take appropriate legal action on the repeated complaints filed by the petitioners.

Learned State counsel submits that as per reply filed by official respondents, FIR No. 53 dated12.05.2015 for offences under Sections 452, 506, 323, 511 and 120-B IPC stands already registered at Police Station Balongi against the private respondents. It is further submitted that petitioners have since shifted themselves to Manimajra, Chandigarh for which necessary communication has been made to Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T. Chandigarh with regard to threat perception to petitioners.
