Versus
Gurpreet Singh and others . . . Respondent(s)
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY VASHISTH PRESENT: Mr. Simranpreet Singh, Advocate for Mr. Sandeep K. Sharma, Advocate, for the appellant(s). Ms. Simran, Advocate for Mr. Pardeep Goyal, Advocate for respondent No.3 - Insurance Company.
**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) 1.
Present appeal has been preferred by the appellant (claimant) in regard to the injury suffered by him in the accident. 2.
Counsel for respondent No.3 - Insurance Company points out that as per the finding recorded in paragraph No.10 of the award, to prove the alleged injuries, neither any medical evidence nor any medical bills etc. has been led by the claimant/appellant. Accordingly, learned Tribunal has dismissed the claim petition.
3.
Since finding of fact has been recorded, whereby, Ld. Tribunal was constrained to dismiss the claim petition in the absence of the evidence to make the same as basis for granting of some amount of compensation, this Court finds itself unable to disturb the findings. Thus, while maintaining the same, present appeal is hereby dismissed.
Misc. application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. (SANJAY VASHISTH) JUDGE September 18, 2024 J.Ram Whether speaking/reasoned:
