(ORAL) Compliance report by way of affidavit of respondent No.1 Sonali Giri, Managing Director, Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (PUNSUP) has been filed, today in Court. The same is taken on record. Paras No.2 and 3 thereof read as under: "That after passing of the above-mentioned order, the corporation preferred a review application bearing No. RA-CW- 221-2025, however the said application was dismissed by the Ld. Single Judge vide order dated 19.05.2025. Subsequently, the order passed by the writ court was assailed by the corporation by preferring an intra court appeal bearing No. LPA-1645-2025, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench of this court was pleased to issued notice of motion in the stay application as well as the main appeal vide order dated 02.07.2025. LPA-1645-2025 is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this court and is now fixed for 03.09.2025.

That in the meantime, the deponent to comply with the directions passed by the writ court vide order dated 14.02.2025 has examined the issued at hand and the release of minimum wage plus grade pay and dearnes allowance as per the Hon'ble High Court order has been approved. The answering respondent has contacted the concerned quarters of the corporation to calculate the amount which is to be disbursed towards the petitioner as per the directions of the Hon'ble Court. The said calculation is to ensure that the amount payable is computed in accordance with the applicable pay scales and government instructions as in force during the relevant period. The amount payable is being cross checked for verification and disbursement of the said amount towards the petitioner will be carried out by 17.07.2025."
