Chandigarh on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 in Court today, which is taken on record, wherein it has been submitted that the petitioner No.1-Vikas Gupta has been duly arrested in the case bearing FIR No. 69 dated 14.05.2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives in the present petition.
