On the last date of hearing following order was passed in this case:- "A request for adjournment has been made on behalf of arguing counsel for petitioners on the ground that he is busy before some other Bench.

Learned State counsel, however, submits that offence under Sections 353/186 IPC cannot be quashed on the basis of compromise entered by a government officer. According to him, said official was not authorized to amicably settle the issue with the petitioners. Besides, investigation of the case is still pending.

In view of above, it is directed that investigating agency shall complete its investigation expeditiously in any case not later than one month. It shall be at liberty to file final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. before the competent court of jurisdiction. Affidavit in terms of order dated May 11, 2015, be filed within two weeks. To come up on 22.07.2015."

CRM M-9817 of 2015 been completed and challan presented before the competent court. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
