Learned counsel has also referred to a petition filed under Section 7(2) of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (for short-'the Act') as applicable to the State of Haryana, which has been initiated by RISHU KATARIA 2021.08.24 13:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Referring to the memo of parties and para 7 thereof, he asserts that the proceedings for eviction have been initiated against the un-authorized occupants/encroachers upon the Gram Panchayat Land. In the light of the above, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of, as such. Direction is, however, issued to the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Kaithal, to conclude the proceedings as initiated under Section 7(2) of the Act, within a period of four months from today.
