Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the writ petition being CWP No.8007 of 2025 has been dismissed on the ground that the same involves the disputed question of facts with liberty to avail civil remedy but the prayer of the appellant is that a representation dated 03.02.2025 (Anneuxre P-13) has already been submitted by the appellant and the appellant will be satisfied in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2-The Director, Urban Local Bodies, Urban Estate, Panchkula, Haryana to decide the said representation by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the representation dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure P-13) has been received by the respondent No.2-The Director, Urban Local Bodies, Urban Estate, Panchkula, Haryana and the same is still pending consideration, appropriate order on the said representation will be passed by respondent No.2 within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of copy of this order by giving due opportunity of hearing to the appellant as well as the Municipal Corporation. 5.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
