In the present protection petition, after hearing the petitioner on 19.05.2023, this Court passed the following order:- "Present:

Petitioner No.1- Anshi, aged 19 years and petitioner No.2- Tushar, aged 21 years, have filed instant petition for seeking directions for protection of their lives and liberty, which is at danger at the hands of respondents No.4 to 9. 2.

It is noticed by the Court that all the private respondents i.e. family members of petitioner No.1 are residents of H.No 151, Baalmiki Mohalla, Jhatikra, South West Delhi, Delhi. Thus, at the first instance, learned State counsel is directed to get verified the antecedents of both the petitioners prior to and post marriage period including the fact that whether any criminal case has been got lodged by the family members of petitioner No.1 in the State of Delhi or anywhere else.
