RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 21.04.2016 (Annexure P-2) of the trial Court, directing police authorities to lodge FIR under Section 174-A IPC, against the petitioner.

Heard.

Since, both the parties have compromised the matter before the trial Court on 16.09.2019, therefore, no purpose is going to be achieved, if, the petitioner is directed to face trial in case FIR No. 876 dated 08.06.2017, under Section 174-A IPC, Police Station City, Jagadhri.

Consequently, the impugned order dated 21.04.2019 (Annexure P-2), aforesaid FIR No. 876 and 08.06.2017 and all RISHU KATARIA 2020.02.12 19:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-49981-2017 -2subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioner are ordered to be quashed, subject to deposit of `10,000/- as fine before the trial Court.

The instant petition, stands disposed of, accordingly. List on 18.03.2020, for production of original receipt regarding deposit of fine.
