Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.09 dated 31.01.2024, under Sections 307, 326, 323, 148, 149, 120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Joga, District Mansa. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to, within a week from DEVINDER YADAV 2024.05.28 16:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-24819-2024 today, surrender before the learned trial Court concerned, and thereupon, if he makes an application before the latter for grant of bail, the latter shall decide the same expeditiously, but, after affording adequate opportunity of hearing to the opposite party.
