Mr.Vishal Munjal, Advocate for the complainant. ***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for seeking regular bail in FIR No.20 dated 11.03.2023 registered under Section 452, 307, 324, 323, 354, 336, 342, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25-27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Batala, District Gurdaspur, Punjab. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties which has also been noticed in the order passed by this Court while granting bail to the co-accused Manjeet Singh in CRM-23966 of 2023 dated 16.05.2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant does not dispute the compromise having been arrived at between the parties and it is also noticed that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature except injury on little finger being grievous.

However, taking into considerations all other aspects and that there is no other criminal case pending against the petitioner, I am inclined RAMAN KUMAR 2023.05.25 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-25668 of 2023 -22023:PHHC:076036 to grant bail to the petitioner subject to furnishing of bail bond with a surety of Rs.20,000/- of the like amount.
