RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that twice investigation has been conducted in case FIR No. 177 dated 27.03.2018, under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Faridabad, but the allegations levelled in the aforesaid FIR, have been found false. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to file ,complaint in Court.
