This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in CWP-8526-2024. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed a copy of the speaking order dated 19.06.2025, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. Copy of the same has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the speaking order, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
