MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.13 dated 23.01.2020 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC registered at Police Station Sushant Lok, Gurugram. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Apoorv Garg, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He, on instructions from ASI Chunni Lal, has apprised this Court that apart from the FIR in question the petitioner is also involved in other FIRs i.e. FIR No. 310/2019 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 417, 120-B, 511 IPC and FIR No. 12 dated 23.01.2020 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, ,471, 120-B IPC registered at Sushant Lok, Gurugram.

CRM-M-24388-2020 [ 2 ] Learned State counsel further contends that no doubt, the petitioner was arraigned as an accused on the second disclosure statement of Vibha and Rajinder, but he is the master mind, who got the documents of agreement to sell of the property in question from M/s Ansal Properties Limited, which thereafter, formed the basis of crime in question. He has further contended that the petitioner's involvement in the aforementioned cases speaks volumes of his antecedents.

Heard.

Prima facie, the petitioner seems to be a habitual offender and seeing to his criminal antecedents, the concession of anticipatory bail cannot be extended to him.
