(Presence marked through Video Conference) -.- ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Inter alia contends that petitioners having worked as Class-IV employees have not been paid their salary since December, 2019 without any reason.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that qua their aforesaid grievance, petitioners submitted a representation followed by legal notice dated 06.07.2021(Annexure P-7), but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, joins proceedings and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana and submits that grievance of the petitioners shall be looked into and appropriate orders will be passed by the competent authority on the pending legal notice dated 06.07.2021 (AnnexureP-7).

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has no objection if a decision is taken expeditiously, either way, by the competent authority on the pending legal notice dated 06.07.2021 (Annexure P-7), VANDANA 2021.07.28 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
giving reasons thereof, as the petitioners have not been paid salary since December, 2019.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners as per legal notice dated 06.07.2021 (Annexure P7) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of 30 days from today. 9.
Disposed of accordingly.
