REKHA MITTAL J. (Oral) Reply on behalf of respondent No.2 by way of affidavit of Lalsa Devi filed in the Court is taken on record. Counsel for the petitioners would state that the complainant has already moved an application to the Commissioner of Police for cancellation of the FIR. It is further submitted that the present petition may be disposed of but some directions may be issued to the State to take a decision on the said representation. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. In case, the complainant has filed any representation before the Commissioner of Police, the said authority is directed to take a decision on the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
