(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as of now the pay of the petitioners has not been reduced by their employer though employer is being forced by the Government to do so, hence, the petitioners be allowed to withdraw this writ petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action in case the employer of the petitioners reduces their salaries.
