Present petition is for modification of order dated 20.08.2018 (Annexure P2), passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby petitioner was admitted to bail with the condition that he shall furnish bank guarantee/bank draft/FDR for an amount of Rs.1,20,000/- within 15 days . Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to deposit 1/4th of the cheque amount in the shape of bank guarantee or amount and for that purpose, period for depositing the same may be extended.

In view of above, present petition is accepted and petitioner is allowed to deposit 1/4th of the cheque amount in the shape of bank guarantee or amount with the learned trial Court by 15.12.2018. After depositing the said amount/bank guarantee, petitioner shall be admitted to DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.11.21 13:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
