Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a similar writ petition titled as "Deepak Kumar vs. State of Punjab and others" CWP No.23347 of 2022 came up for consideration before this Court which was disposed of vide order dated 12.10.2022. In compliance of order dated 12.10.2022 passed by this Court, the respondent has passed order dated 28.12.2022 (Annexure P-8). The petitioner is similarly situated and claim of the petitioner may be considered and disposed of in terms of order dated 12.10.2022 passed by this Court read with order dated 28.12.2022 passed by Commandant, 6th IRB, Ladda Kothi, Sangrur. 3.

Learned State counsel fairly concedes that the petitioner is situated similarly with Deepak Kumar and he is entitled to benefit as has been extended to Deepak Kumar vide order dated 12.10.2022 passed by this Court read with order dated 28.12.2022 passed by Commandant, 6th IRB, Ladda Kothi, Sangrur.

In the wake of statements of both sides, the present petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 12.10.2022 passed by this Court read with order dated 28.12.2022 passed by Commandant, 6th IRB, Ladda Kothi, Sangrur.
