The petition under Section 13 (1) (i-a) (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing case No.HMA/333/2020, titled as "Deepak Vs. Rubi", presently pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala, is ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram.
