Aggrieved by dismissal of the applicaƟon to discharge the peƟƟoner/accused, he had come up before this Court by filing the present revision peƟƟon. 2.

State counsel on instrucƟons from Inspector Satwinder Singh submits that now sancƟon to prosecute peƟƟoner has been granted and they shall supply its copy to the accused in the trial Court on the next date of hearing. Main ground of the peƟƟoner for discharge had gone now.

Given this development, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to raise all his points at the Ɵme of framing of charges. PeƟƟoner is also permiƩed to file the wriƩen submissions and trial Court shall refer the same at the Ɵme of passing of the order on charges. 4.
