Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 323 dated 06.11.2018, under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Mauli Jagran, U.T., Chandigarh and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Vide order dated 20.11.2018, parties were directed to appear before concerned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded and the trial Court was to send its report regarding the genuineness of the compromise.

CRM-M-50949-2018 A report dated 30.11.2018/05.12.2018 of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh. Learned Magistrate has stated that the compromise arrived at between the parties is genuine, voluntary and out of their free will. In view thereof, the present petition is allowed. FIR No. 323 dated 06.11.2018, under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Mauli Jagran, U.T., Chandigarh along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are hereby quashed qua petitioners.
