Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 09.07.2010, Annexurew P-14, whereby the deemed dates of promotion assigned to Statistical Assistants/petitioner were withdrawn, might not be surviving due to efflux of time.

Learned State counsel refers to Annexure R-1 appended with the additional affidavit dated 09.03.2012 passed pursuant to direction of this Court, whereby the claim was again rejected, however the same has not been challenged.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have even retired from service. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of
