*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh. Admittedly, the civil litigation is pending between the parties and interim order has also been passed. On perusal of contents of the FIR, it appears that the dispute is with regard to property and allegations levelled therein are to be seen by the trial Court during trial. Accordingly, interim order dated 02.05.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioners is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
