NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Pawan Kumar of Police Station, Sadar, Ferozepur, submits that after thorough investigation, the cancellation report has been presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate and, as such, the present petition for quashing of the FIR would not sustain. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
