(ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to stay the proceedings qua the petitioner in case FIR no.RCCHG2015A0019 dated 15.09.2025, Annexure P-1, on the ground that the Supreme Court has already stayed the trial qua the similarly placed co-accused in SLP (C ) no.18091 of 2025, vide order dated 17.11.2025, Annexure P-13. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent, however, points out that the petitioner has not even approached the trial Court seeking the relief prayed for in the present petition, and, therefore, is not entitled to approach this Court directly. This is not disputed.
