file a stay application; however, the said application has been listed for hearing on 28.04.2026. It is contended that the warrants of possession are scheduled to be executed today, i.e. 20.04.2026, and in these circumstances, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition before this Court. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Abhimanyu Antil, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to him, and submits that the revision petition (ROR No.164 of 2025-26), filed by the petitioner, is pending consideration before the learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana, and is listed for hearing tomorrow, i.e. 21.04.2026. He further submits that the stay application shall be taken up for hearing along with the said revision petition (ROR No.164 of 2025-26) and, in all probabilities, be finally decided, in accordance with law, on the date already fixed, i.e. 21.04.2026, and in any case, not beyond a period of ten days thereafter. Learned State counsel further submits that till a decision is taken on the stay application, the execution of the warrants of possession shall remain deferred.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.
