(Oral) The instant petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 and 5 who are trying and making an attempt to forcibly take away the vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration number (PB 11 CM 7877) with the help of recovery agents.

After arguing the matter at some length, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law.
