Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case wherein the question of law raised has already been answered by this Court while passing the order in CWP-11584-2025- 'Employees' State Insurance Corporation and others versus Pradeep Kachhot and another alongwith connected case, decided on 14.01.2026', hence, the present petition is also disposed of in the same terms and conditions. 3.
