KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing due to prevailing situation of COVID-19.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide his appeal dated 12.05.2017 (Annexure P-3), which is pending since August, 2017 before respondent No.2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid appeal is pending since long. He will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to dispose of his aforesaid appeal in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

At this stage, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana, has appeared on behalf of the State and stated that he has no objection if such a direction is given.

Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby disposed of, without commenting on the merits of the case, with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide appeal dated 12.05.2017 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner within VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2020.08.31 14:30
