NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.223 dated 04.08.2020, under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914, P.S.Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur.

Recovery in the present case is of illicit liquor. Therefore, it is not a case of anticipatory bail.

Dismissed.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within one week from today and applies for bail, his application for regular bail shall be decided within one week.
