(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with the better and correct particulars. Ms. S.S.Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection for the same.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said.
