Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of F.I.R No. 350 dated 20.10.2013 registered under Sections 364, 364-A, 347, 348 IPC at Police Station, City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur on the basis of compromise. It appears that FIR was lodged by Karamjit Singh alleging that his brother was kidnapped by the accused in SUV vehicle bearing No.HR-4343 of black colour on 20.10.2013. Some of the accused were armed with pistol/double barrel guns. His brother was abducted at gun point. Later ransom was demanded for release of his brother. Keeping in view the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am of the considered view that FIR can not be quashed on the basis of compromise.

Dismissed.
