(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, in case FIR No. 97 dated 22.10.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bahdson, Tehsil Nabha, District Patiala. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.11.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
