(Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case FIR No.201 dated 12.12.2017 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar. Allegation in the FIR against the petitioner is that he took a sum of Rs.12 lacs with a promise that he would secure a job for the complainant in Bank. During investigation co-accused Sunil Kumar disclosed that Paramjeet has many links in the offices in Chandigarh. He also confessed that he received Rs.6,50,000/- from the complainant. While issuing notice of motion, the petitioner was asked to join investigation and was granted ad interim bail with the condition to join investigation. Stand of the State is that petitioner is not co-operating with the investigating agency. Besides, no recovery has been effected from him. He is involved in another case i.e. FIR No.180 dated 03.09.2004.
