(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been moved for issuance of directions to conduct impartial enquiry from higher police officer in FIR NO.113 dated 07.11.2012 registered under Sections 323/324/427/148/149 IPC and Sections 225/226 IPC (added later on) at Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga, which has been cancelled by DSP, Dharamkot on 03.09.2014.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cancellation report has been submitted by the police authorities under political pressure.

Once the investigation is complete and cancellation report has been submitted, remedy with the petitioner is to move appropriate application before the Court to which cancellation report has been
