ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition so as to enable the petitioner to pursue his representation dated 03.08.2023 (P-6), the respondent authorities have been served with in the first instance. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Vipin Pal Yadav, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, is present in Court. He submits that in case any such representation is indeed pending before the competent authorities, the same shall be taken cognizance of and necessary orders, in accordance with law, shall be passed thereon. Disposed of accordingly.
