(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition preferred by the petitioner for seeking the relief of regular bail in the criminal case registered at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka, vide FIR No.76 dated 04.04.2021, under Sections 307, 452, 324, 323, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act wherein the offence under Section 325 IPC is stated to have been added later on.

Ms. Samina Dhir, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, has joined the proceedings in pursuance to the notice of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance. She has no objection in the withdrawal of this petition.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
