(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 06.04.2023 (Annexure P-7) whereby his provisional appointment order has been cancelled. The petitioner in his application did not disclose factum of FIR registered against him. The respondent, on account of non-disclosure of factum of FIR, has cancelled candidature of the petitioner. The present case is squarely covered by the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satish Chandra Yadav vs. Union of India, 2022 LiveLaw (SC) 798.

On being confronted with aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to controvert the same. The petition stands dismissed in view of aforesaid judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
