The petitioners sought the concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of complainant Satwinder Singh alleging that the petitioners had fired gun shots and caused injuries to the complainant Satwinder Singh and Gursewk Singh. Petition qua petitioners 1 and 3 has already been dismissed on 11.3.2016. So far as petitioner No.2 is concerned, he has joined the investigation, as per the instructions of ASI Chamkaur Singh. His custodial interrogation in context to the nature of the allegations against him, is not apparently necessary.

The petition qua petitioner No.2 Rishav Josan @ Angrej is allowed and it is ordered that in case of his arrest , he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
