Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, he has already served legal notice, Annexure P-10. He submits that petitioner shall be satisfied if a decision is taken by the authority after considering the same.

In view of above, we dispose off this writ petition with a direction that the concerned authority shall consider the pleas taken in the notice and pass a speaking order within one month.
