(ORAL) On instructions from SI Surjan Singh, learned State counsel contends that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that the police is going to file cancellation report in the concerned Court within two weeks from today. Now, the remedy available with the petitioner would be to raise protest, if any, before concerned Court. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
