Mr. Daman Dhir, Advocate, and Ms. Raman Dhir, Advocate, for the petitioners. TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to provide space and allocate stacks in terms of tonnage capacity of the unit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent no.5. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the said respondent is directed to decide their pending representation, dated 30.01.2026, Annexure P-3, in a specified period.

Mr. Aakash Singla, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3, 6 and 7. Mr. K.K. Gupta, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.4 and 5, and submits that the pending representation, dated 30.01.2026, will be decided by respondent no.5-Divisional Manager, Food Corporation of India, Bathinda, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within six weeks.
