(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents to take action on the complaints submitted by the petitioner and to entrust the enquiry to some independent agency as well as for arresting the culprits in case FIR No.424 dated 14.09.2018, under Sections 193, 217, 218, 365 and 379 IPC, Police Station Rai Sonepat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the investigating officer is not doing the investigation in a right direction with an intention to out and out help police officials namely Head Constable Suraj and Sub-Inspector Varinder Singh, who are accused in aforesaid FIR. Therefore, indulgence of Superintendent of Police, Sonepat is required to get the matter investigated under his surveillance.
